How to Handle Daylight Saving Time

Hi parents,

Daylight Saving Time begins this year on March 10th.

As a sleep consultant, I loathe Daylight Saving time!

This one little hour wreaks havoc on our bodies and the bodies of our children.

Affecting their sleep for up to 2 weeks!  Ugh!
